    Puntuality

    We request to arrive at the center 5-10 minutes in advance of the scheduled time to ensure we start the treatment at the agreed time.

    In case of being late the client, the requested treatment time will be cut to be able to respect the time of the subsequent reservations.

    Reservations, modification and cancellation

    It is advisable to make reservations in advance (prior appointment). The reservation can be made through phone call, whatsapp, mail or by completing the web questionnaire. If you come directly to the consultation, we can not guarantee you will be treated.

    If you wish to make a modification or cancellation of your appointment with us, we would appreciate it if you would contact us as soon as possible in order to offer this space to other clients. The minimum required is 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 100% of the total value of the reserved massages would be charged. In the case of the gift voucher or bonus, it would lose its value.

    Payment methods

    The payment will be in cash, by debit / credit cards or bank transfers with proof of having made the payment before receiving the service. Checks are not allowed.

    Gift cards

    If you are a holder of a bonus or gift card of KoruMasajes, it is essential to present it at the center as a payment method of treatment. It can be presented in graphic or digital format.

    If your voucher or gift card is expired, it will not be possible to receive the service.

    Returns are not allowed in the vouchers or gift cards, but they can be exchanged for another massage of the same or lesser amount, or if you want a larger one, pay the difference.

    Health conditions and pregnancy

    Please let us know of your health condition, allergies or injuries that may affect the treatment when you make your reservation in order to better adapt to you.

    We have special treatments for moms-to-be. Inform us of your state to be able to advise you better.

    Admission rights

    KoruMasajes reserves the Right of Admission to any person who infringes the fundamental rights of the workers and / or clients of the center. As well as those people who manifest violent or aggressive attitudes.
